Solano Regional Medical Group ranked as providing top-notch care

Integrated Healthcare Association announces state-wide award results

For the third year in a row, Sutter Regional Medical Foundation and its affiliated medical group, Solano Regional Medical Group (SRMF/SRMG), were presented with the Integrated Healthcare Association’s Top Overall Performance Award. Additionally, SRMF/SRMG were also named the recipient of the Most Improved Award—the only organization in the state to receive both awards.

The awards were presented yesterday at the IHA annual Pay for Performance (P4P) Stakeholders Meeting for 2008 P4P results. Top performing physician groups scored in the top 20% of participating groups on performance measures that include clinical quality measures, patient satisfaction measures and use of health information technology that includes supporting clinical decision making and use of systems to assure patients received evidence-based care.

SRMG is the county’s largest medical group and is a recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including an “exemplary ranking” from California Association of Physician Groups and Four Stars from the California Office of the Patient Advocate.
