Sutter Workshop Will Help Smokers Quit - August 17, 2008

FAIRFIELD - Smokers can learn ways to kick the habit by attending Sutter Regional Medical Foundation's tobacco cessation workshop Saturday.

The workshop will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sutter Fairfield Medical Campus, 2700 Low Court. The registration fee is $25, but participants will receive a full refund upon completion of the course.

Topics will include stress management techniques, pharmaceutical resources and tips on overcoming the psychological addiction to smoking.
